Measurement method

Method A : Use a tape measure to wrap around your wrist and measure close to your skin (as shown in the picture).

Method B : Wrap the paper/rope around your wrist and then measure the length of the paper/rope with a ruler.

1. We will make appropriate adjustments based on the hand circumference you provide when placing an order, without the need for additional pre-loosening or pre-tightening.
2. Before placing an order, please make sure your hand circumference measurement is accurate. If in doubt, you can upload a measurement photo for us to confirm to avoid size mismatch.
3. As the bracelet is handmade, we will try to ensure the size is correct. If you prefer a closer fit or a looser fit, please indicate this when placing your order.

We currently use SF Express to deliver orders to Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan . The shipping costs are as follows:

Maintenance and precautions of natural stone

Natural stones may have ice cracks, cotton wool, mineral defects, black spots and impurities, which are all natural phenomena. We have carefully selected natural stones of good quality to make jewelry to ensure quality. Each natural stone has a unique shape, texture and color, so no two are exactly the same, which is its charm.

Crystal jewelry:

Do not wear it while bathing to prevent moisture from affecting its texture and gloss.

Avoid contact with chemicals (such as perfume, bleach, shower gel, etc.) to prevent corrosion or discoloration.

It is not suitable to wear it when sleeping to reduce the impact of friction.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight . Some crystals contain easily oxidizable ingredients. Long-term exposure to sunlight may cause fading, especially red and purple crystals.

Elastic cord:

The elastic cord may become stringy or loose after long-term use . If the cord is severely worn, please replace it immediately or schedule a repair.

It is recommended to replace it every six months to ensure the durability and wearing safety of the jewelry.

Do not soak in water for a long time to avoid accelerating the breakage of the elastic line.

Take good care of your jewelry to keep its beauty and quality for a long time.
