AGORA Brand Story

The name “Agora” comes from ἀγορά, the heart of ancient Athens. It was once the place where Socrates debated with others, the salon where artists exchanged ideas, and the market where merchants shared their experiences from afar. This square has witnessed the most brilliant stories of the collision of human ideas.

In an era of pursuit of efficiency and replication, we bring this spirit to Hong Kong, a modern city where Eastern and Western civilizations intersect and countless individual souls shuttle back and forth. The creation of AGORA stems from a simple belief: we are tired of the stereotyped industrial accessories, and believe that real accessories should be flowing art, an extension of the wearer's inner world, and a silent self-declaration.

Our logo consists of three “A”s interwoven into a triangle , symbolizing the core of our brand:

  • Artisan — Each piece is handcrafted by a craftsman, hammering out the soul of the bracelet rather than a cold assembly line replica.
  • Allegory — Inspired by poetry, myth and history, jewelry becomes a metaphorical container, waiting for the wearer to interpret his or her own story.

Fast logistics arrangement

After the payment of the crystal bracelet is completed, we will send the product within 3 to 7 working days (excluding Hong Kong holidays), and the working days will be calculated from the day after the payment.

Free shipping is only available for SF Express and is applicable to the following countries and regions:

Hong Kong and Macau: Free shipping for purchases over HK$600

Taiwan: Free shipping on purchases over NT$2800

China: Free shipping on purchases over HK$1000

If the purchase does not meet the free shipping criteria, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

We currently use SF Express to deliver orders to Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan. The shipping costs are as follows:

Hong Kong and Macau: HK$30

Taiwan: HK$55

China: HK$80


The estimated delivery time and logistics time are for reference only and do not include customs clearance delays and the impact of delivery in remote areas. The final delivery time is subject to the logistics company.

1 year after-sales service

When you purchase an AGORA elastic cord bracelet , you can enjoy free replacement of the elastic cord and cleaning of metal accessories once within one year .

Maintenance scope :

The free warranty applies only to the original design and does not include style or size adjustments (such as adding or removing beads), replacement or removal of crystal and precious metal accessories.

If the product is modified, additional charges will apply and may affect warranty and repair eligibility.

Scope of application :

After-sales service is limited to products purchased from this store and is not applicable to products not purchased from this store or products that have been changed in design by our store.

The free warranty service is only applicable to orders purchased on the official website or social media, and is not applicable to products purchased on other platforms.

Repair and Replacement :

If accessories are lost or need to be replaced, corresponding fees will be charged according to the specific situation. For details, please contact AGORA to confirm the quotation.

Maintenance period and cost :

The free maintenance period is one year from the date of order placement , and the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Before using this service, please provide your order record or receipt as proof.

If you need to replace the elastic cord or clean the metal parts after the one-year warranty period, you will need to pay HK$80 (including HK$40 for cord replacement and HK$40 for cleaning ).
