Return and Exchange Conditions
- This store does not offer returns or refunds on products. If the product you received is not the correct size, is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received the product (later requests will not be accepted). Please provide clear photos as proof, but no refunds or exchanges for other styles will be accepted.
- The main product, original packaging, accessories and gifts must be intact, without any missing or damage, and must not have obvious signs of wear .
- If any accessories are lost or damaged, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Please forgive me.
