We don’t have any physical stores yet, but we are a company officially registered in Hong Kong and we mainly sell our own brand of bracelets through our online store.

We select minerals and crystals from all over the world, including Brazil, South Africa, Argentina, India, Madagascar, etc. Each natural stone has a unique shape, texture and color, which are the characteristics of natural minerals. We carefully select high-quality stones one by one and make jewelry by hand.

Measurement method

Method A : Use a tape measure to wrap around your wrist and measure close to your skin (as shown in the picture).

Method B : Wrap the paper/rope around your wrist and then measure the length of the paper/rope with a ruler.

1. We will make appropriate adjustments based on the hand circumference you provide when placing an order, without the need for additional pre-loosening or pre-tightening.
2. Before placing an order, please make sure your hand circumference measurement is accurate. If in doubt, you can upload a measurement photo for us to confirm to avoid size mismatch.
3. As the bracelet is handmade, we will try to ensure the size is correct. If you prefer a closer fit or a looser fit, please indicate this when placing your order.

Free shipping is only available for SF Express and is applicable to the following countries and regions:

Hong Kong and Macau : Free shipping for purchases over HK$600

Taiwan : Free shipping on purchases over NT$2800

China : Free shipping on purchases over HK$1,000

If the purchase does not meet the free shipping criteria, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

We currently use SF Express to deliver orders to Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan . The shipping costs are as follows:

Hong Kong and Macau : HK$30

Taiwan : HK$55

China : HK$80

The estimated delivery time and logistics time are for reference only and do not include customs clearance delays and the impact of delivery in remote areas. The final delivery time is subject to the logistics company.

• Agora products are all handmade. A few products may have minor defects during the production process, which is normal.
• Since the color and crystal quality of each natural stone cannot be exactly the same, there may be natural characteristics such as ice cracks, cotton wool, uneven size, mineral defects, black spots, flat heads or impurities. We have prioritized stones that are in good condition, but customers cannot select every stone or every string of stones.
• These natural characteristics are unavoidable, and crystals that do not have such characteristics at all may have been excessively processed and are not pure natural stones.

The size of beads in each batch may vary slightly, approximately between 0.1 - 0.5mm.

In order to fit your hand size, some styles may slightly adjust the number of beads according to your hand circumference (for example, add or remove beads). If the adjustment is not significant, we generally will not notify you in advance.

When you purchase an AGORA elastic cord bracelet , you can enjoy free replacement of the elastic cord and cleaning of metal accessories once within one year .

Maintenance scope :

The free warranty applies only to the original design and does not include style or size adjustments (such as adding or removing beads), replacement or removal of crystal and precious metal accessories.

If the product is modified, additional charges will apply and may affect warranty and repair eligibility.

Scope of application :

After-sales service is limited to products purchased from this store and is not applicable to products not purchased from this store or products that have been changed in design by our store.

The free warranty service is only applicable to orders purchased on the official website or social media, and is not applicable to products purchased on other platforms.

Repair and Replacement :

If accessories are lost or need to be replaced, corresponding fees will be charged according to the specific situation. For details, please contact AGORA to confirm the quotation.

Maintenance period and cost :

The free maintenance period is one year from the date of order placement , and the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Before using this service, please provide your order record or receipt as proof.

If you need to replace the elastic cord or clean the metal parts after the one-year warranty period, you will need to pay HK$80 (including HK$40 for cord replacement and HK$40 for cleaning ).
