When you purchase an AGORA elastic cord bracelet , you can enjoy free replacement of the elastic cord and cleaning of metal accessories once within one year .

Maintenance scope :

The free warranty applies only to the original design and does not include style or size adjustments (such as adding or removing beads), replacement or removal of crystal and precious metal accessories.

If the product is modified, additional charges will apply and may affect warranty and repair eligibility.

Scope of application :

After-sales service is limited to products purchased from this store and is not applicable to products not purchased from this store or products that have been changed in design by our store.

The free warranty service is only applicable to orders purchased on the official website or social media, and is not applicable to products purchased on other platforms.

Repair and Replacement :

If accessories are lost or need to be replaced, corresponding fees will be charged according to the specific situation. For details, please contact AGORA to confirm the quotation.

Maintenance period and cost :

The free maintenance period is one year from the date of order placement , and the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Before using this service, please provide your order record or receipt as proof.

If you need to replace the elastic cord or clean the metal parts after the one-year warranty period, you will need to pay HK$80 (including HK$40 for cord replacement and HK$40 for cleaning ).
